We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented full-time Office Administrator to join our team.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed holidays)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and accordingly
  • Schedule Appointments

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Experience with Microsoft

Office programs (Word and Excel) considered an asset

  • Experience with Quickbooks software considered an asset
  • Previous office/admin experience an asset but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Wage to be determined based on experience following the interview
